THE THREAD THROUGH IT ALL
I’ve never been very interested in
doing marketing for marketing’s sake.
I’m interested in what makes people feel something. What makes them remember. What makes them want to buy, join in, tell someone else or come back for more.
That means finding the rare, useful space between strategic thinking and creative doing. Understanding what the business needs, then finding a more interesting way to make it happen.

I’ve produced film premieres for Disney, Universal and 20th Century Fox, and led marketing and brand work for global names including Audi, ITV, L’Oréal and Sydney.
Along the way I’ve helicoptered journalists onto snow-capped mountains in New Zealand, helped turn the Sydney Opera House into a world premiere venue for Star Trek, driven Audi R8s on a skidpan in Germany with Le Mans racing drivers and organised a hidden ice rink in Earls Court; truly incredible experiences whilst working with the most talented people. It’s not hard to see why I love my job.
Different businesses. Different audiences. Different challenges. The common thread has always been the same: understand what matters, find the idea and make it happen brilliantly.

Outside work, and quite often within it, I’m deeply interested in wellbeing, creativity and what makes a good life feel good.
I like a challenge. I’ve run the London, Sydney and New York marathons, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, joined an Antarctic expedition and taught in Tanzania. I’ve mentored with a children’s charity and home-birthed my delicious three children... all born on a Tuesday!
Closer to home, I’m happiest around wild flowers, sunset beach walks, reformer Pilates, natural skincare, interiors and a home renovation project that probably looked much easier on paper.
I believe good work can be ambitious, commercially serious and still have a lot of humanity and fun in it.
